Sarah Jane Pilates and Paddleboarding Cairns are teaming up to bring you a unique SUP Pilates event.  Arrive at Palm Cove and receive a short lesson on use the paddle board then we will paddle out to bigin a 45 min Pilates lesson. Beginners are welcome to join in, the exercises that will be performed are safe for any level and delivered to you by qualified and experienced Pilates instructor.

It has been scientifically proven that working these deep core muscles, can dramatically flatten your abs more effectively than any other type of abdominal workout!
